Care

At the Manor House Nursing Home we provide a broad spectrum of care for people all of all ages including:

  • General Nursing - short term and long term general nursing care
  • Intermediate post operative and medical care
  • Respite residential care
  • Palliative care (long term conditions) and care of terminally ill
  • Acquired brain injury
  • High dependency
  • Tracheostomy care

The Manor House has been a general care nursing home since 1992, and now includes rehabilitation and palliative care, in "The Hyde Lea Suite".

Nursing intervention is provided throughout a twenty-four hour period assisted by trained health care assistants to facilitate personal care.

Each new client has a needs assessment, culminating in a written person centered care plan co-ordinate by a primary nurse, and supported by a key worker health care assistant.

The full time Social /Recreations Arranger will complete a biographical profile on each client to formulate an appropriate social care plan. To help meet the clients requirements.
