Post hospital care prior to returning home is often seen as a necessary 'intermediate' step.

The staff team at the Manor liaises with other professionals to give the appropriate assistance and training to clients before returning to their own environment.

The provision includes a range of enablement, rehabilitation and treatment services. This is achieved by working in partnership with primary and secondary health services, local authorities including voluntary and independent sectors.
